Day 14, reading and watching vidoes

Hi,

Nearing the end of day 14, was not as hard but truly that isn't saying a lot since Saturday and Sunday were pretty brutal for me.  Days I work tend to be a bit easier since at least the hours I am working I am used to not smoking.

Many of you responded to my post yesterday (brand new here) thanks again to all who offered help, advise and support.  Several of the responses including reading suggestions and links, I read them all, read many of the links in them and watched several videos.  A lot of this information is about the EASY WAy to quit.  I 'get' what it is saying and agree that smoking has in reality given me nothing and taken much but still I can't find my way to use that method.  I will keep reading and maybe it will click in a more concrete way...?  Meanwhile I am using lozenges and occasionally an e-cig, fighting cravings over and over and using my mantra - "I am done"

I read an article somewhere along my way here about no man's land and then what to expect 130 days out.  I do feel like I am in no man's land with very few people to reach out to and wish I had read about what to expect in 3 -4 months last year when I failed and started smoking again after four and a half months, perhaps if I had been better or more advised I would have been better armed to fight my way past those hard weeks and kept my quit.  At least this time I feel more prepared and I believe that knowledge is power.

I do have a question about cutting and pasting so that being 'timed out' doesn't cause me to loose my post before I am done.  I know how to cut or copy and paste but don't understand, here, how to do it?  Copy it to a different document while I am typing???

Thanks all, you have helped me so much already.
