Day 132 feeling less concerned about slipping. Not sure what that was. I was dealing with diverticulitis and stomach cramps, which maybe brought on the desire.
My son and his family, who lives in a different state, come each year to camp out at a lake here with his sister. My daughter always makes sure I know when so I can come out and see them both. It's always fun a grand time.
My son Quit smoking over a year ago. Which I was so proud of him for that. We show up and I notice he keeps popping something in his mouth. I asked him about and find out he is using pouches. He uses them like candy. I did finally say something to him about it. He has promised he will Quit them. Is there some way I can help him?
