It's been hard, but I was feeling like I was going to make it...until today. WOW! Why is this day so hard. Every minute I wanted to go buy a pack and light up. I didn't, but it was so hard today. Stay strong everybody. I need your strength!

Day Three - Thank you all so much for your encouraging words. I am so glad you are all out there and you all know how hard this is. I am fighting the urge...feels like every 3 minutes I'm fighting the urge. Again, I am so thankful I found this website and all of you.
