Day 12 or is it 13, Oh Well Just another Day....

Hello everyone, I made it through a tough week with no smoking.  The nightime is getting better and the husband thing is working itself out.  I have been working out alot at the gym and just hired a personal trainer.  Very excited about getting in shape and he says I need to strength train rather than just cardio, so my first day was Tuesday and yesterday I could feel pain in muscles where I wasn't sure I had muscles.

Everyday seems to be it's own challenge, yet I look more forward to it than I did before and I thank all of you for that.
