There are a lot of things going on. I have a very busy and stressful life as some of you can tell. My hands have taken a turn for the worse. My niece got married. I had to help with 70% of the arrangements only to dislocate my knee cap 2 days before the wedding and then pulling a muscle or something in my stomach the following day. Then the day of the wedding I got the bad news that my Grandmother 1500 miles away from us passed away. We got done with the wedding and left the following day with 3 kids under 5 and drove the 15oo miles. That was a 25 hour trip straight through. Stayed in a hotel ate out all week then takes us 3 days to get home. Had to take it a little easier to get home. My body was screaming at me. Then the last 2 hours I lost my contact. So now I have to wear my glasses for a while til we can recoop from the trip so I can get more contacts. Now, The dr is teeling me to come in because of the mri of my belly. WOO HOOO!!!!!! Just what I want to hear. My middle son is in 3k. He comes home in trouble today because he hit a little girl in class. How nice is that?

So, now that all of that is out..........I am worn out and still an ex!!!! I don't think I have the strength to go out and roll it and smoke it in the stinky hot shop outside!!! Not too many more days left in NML, but the craves are still there. I don't think that they have let up any. There aren't as many, but they are still fierce!!!

I do love being a non smoker. My husband used to say that he always had to watch the kids anytime we went anywhere. Now I tell him "you were outside smoking. How doyou know what's going on?" He walks out. (to smoke) I am glad that I don't need to comit suicide to deal with my problems. (there are plenty of those too!!)

So, here I am now with over 800 emails and about 10 minutes of peace. Yes!!! I am on here!! Oh, well. I like to keep my blog kinda sorta updated. I have a lot going on, but I still try to pay it forward. This is a gift that none of my family or friends could give me. I want to share it with others. I love being an ex and I hope that I will have more time to help others soon.

Thank you fellow exers and future exers!!!

Leigh
