Still smoke free.  Seems like today was easier.  As I re-read my blog posts, I see that I was quite obsessed with cigarettes.  I still am but not quite THAT obsessed 🙂

I am on my way to day 3 without a puff but only my first day was quite difficult, from day 2 things are pretty easier.

You are way ahead at 11. I will be there soon.
