Day 105

Well, Day 105 and I finally got over that bout of bronchitis.  After all those antibiotics, I'm now flooding my body with probiotics to help balance it out. I saw my Pulmonologist. He gave me a clean bill of health, said my lungs are all clear...I'm  so grateful because I know some aren't so lucky. He said, I'm suffering with allergies that contribute to breathing issues. And... 40 lbs extra weight in 5 years. ‍♀ I'll work on this.  I started walking and I'm choosing to eat better.

It means so much to have everybody's continued support.

Congratulations!

Do you think about smoking less at this stage?

Have you had a "I didn't think of smoking once yesterday" realization?

Onward and Upward!

JonesCarpeDiem‌.  Thank you.

I've had a couple urges that have thankfully passed quickly.  I used Chantix my first 2 months.

Glad you're over the bronchitis.  Allergies are no fun I discovered after moving South.  Never had them before.  Kudos on your 105 brave smoke-free days.  Will definitely help keep bronchitis away in the future and lessen allergy reaction, I would think.  Stay the course.
