Wow. It's been 100 days already! Nicotene free and increasingly enjoying the physical, emotional, and mental benefits of a nicotene-free life. I couldn't have done it without the support of the very special people in this community. Thank you for the congratulatory messages. For those in earlier stages of your quit, I offer you my sincerest encouragement. There is no doubt quitting this addiction is one of the hardest things any of us can do. It DOES get better and the effort is worth it. Onwards and upwards. Warmest wishes from the Evergreen State. Dan

GREAT GOING!!!!!!!  🙂  You are the "bomb!"  100 days is a wonderfully satifying milestone to achieve.  Congratulations in a "HUGE" way to you.  I read some of your past blogs, and you seem to be pretty much right on target with all of the usual suspects in the ways of craves and successes.  Just keep doing what you are doing....and you will keep getting what you are getting...(A wonderful smokefree life that is....)

CELEBRATE!  I remember my 100 day anniversary, I wanted to wear a party hat to work but I settled on a homemade pin that said I had been smoke free for 100 days thanks to Becomeanex.org.  I could see people looking at the pin and some commented and congratulated me, I was so happy that I think I was GLOWING.  Glow today, my friend, it is just going to get easier and easier!
