Good morning everyone. Well here it is a new day and my Day 1. No Cigs here!  I keep hearing these words "the only way out is through". Thats SUCH a good one! Thanks so much for all the thoughtful and helpful comments on my blog yesterday. I'm going to respond to everyone by pm and that will be an excellent distraction technique!  Also think I'm going to take a page from our Dear Carolyn and Cookie. Blog every day just to report in and be extra accountable. It is so wonderful to have this "family"!!! Oxoxox Everyone have a wonderful day.

A good attitude helps a quit.  Blogging everyday vents whatever feelings you have be it good or bad and keeps you accountable for your actions.  Carolyn gives very good advice and she is right the help is here just ask before you give into a crave.  You can do this.
