Ive been here over an hour reading all the comments I had from my blog yesterday. Some nice and some rough. Either way to me itts all "truth" and I can handle all the "truth" anyone wants to dish me. So yes to answer the people, I AM SERIOUS ABOUT QUITTING! I do NOT have a computer to use at home so blogging at the second is impossible for me. But I do know my own triggers and i do hav my plan in order. I did mess up and I know we all have failed at a quit many times before. If we hadnt then no one would be here right?
I do so appeciate any and all comments and use any & many avenues of help that I am using. I am using the patch, gum, candy, here and2 different stop smoking councilers and my normal counciler. I think I am more then prepared to quit, not to sound over cofident like last time.
Coug said it right, whatever it is, its not worth smoking over. Guess I will be going on a lot of walks. Better charge the ipod lol.
Anyway, Thank you ALL again for the custrutive critizism. I read every word and take it all to heart.
