The cravings are not overpowering (I’ve trued quitting cigarettes before and the urges felt a lot stronger then). but the physical withdrawal is intense. Headache, throat feels constricted, muscles sore! I’ve had spurts of being able to focus and just not being able to do it. Going to bed on time tonight so I’m better equipped for tomorrow!
