Old enough to know better - I am an english guy living in beautiful France, come and visit! Smoked as a teenager but was one of those people who could smoke at a party or in a bar and not smoke again for weeks! Gave up completely in my twenties - started again in my thirties and a heavy smoker ever since. Last year gave up in September cold turkey - relapsed in December when I fell into the "just one" trap! Since then I take each day as it comes and am doing well - I have succeeded in getting my head round the nicotine myth at last! I like to think I am a genuine and loving sort of guy who is a good quit buddy - I sincerely hope eveyone who wants to stop smoking can and indeed then remain a non-smoker -- and I will do my best to be there for them
