DON'T WAIT

It's just a matter of time, sooner for some, later for others, but we all know eventually there is a price to be paid.

Lucky genes or the grace of God..... we can't even know that.

I'm glad I made the decision, and if I get a bad diagnosis tomorrow or next year, I'll have the satisfaction of knowing I quit 'em before I knew they had killed me!!

After 40 years of 2 packs a day, I'm done and happy about it.

I got the daiganosis at 42, continued to smoke through my denial and it got worse at 46. I finally came out of my denial and i have 14 weeks in and I feel like I have never smoked. It was sooo worth it. I can do an hour of cardio and still breath. I haven't gained 1 pound, holding at 105. I was a confirmed smoker ( heavy ) for 30 years..people will say I did it to myself, bad genes and good ones..I'll take a fat ass over bad lungs any day!!
