Good morning everyone. I am so glad to be back on my Quit journey. I had 1 year smokefree😩 and allowed my depression to get the best of me started believing the lies that a cigarette would be good right now (SMDH). nEEDLESS TO SAY 1 CIG TURNED INTO A PACK so forth and so on now7 months later i am ready to start over. ?///yesterday 2/14/24 was my quit date and it was successful,i am grateful to be back and its good to see so many familiar names glad you all hung in there.😊
