Yesterday was a day Won /Day1. I glad to have the support of this group and family and friends, also glad to know that I did not have to keep smoking as a result of my decision to smoke a cigarette. It actually turned out to be a just one deal. One and done. But I won't be doing it again. I've been there and done that in the past without success. I wish to remain smoke free this time
