DAY 7

It's Wednesday, Day 7 for me! Can you believe it? I can hardly believe it. Seven days without ANY cigarettes -- no cheating -- nothing. I really appreciate all the support and friendly messages from all the members of this community. It has been truely a blessing to run across this site. Everyone, Thanks You!

Today I was off from work, so of course I slept in a little 😉 I made some breakfast for me and the kiddos and I started on some homework. I got a little frustrated with some of the work, so I decided to explore and modify my profile page on this site. It turned out pretty cool. Check it out when you get the chance.

It has been a GREAT SMOKE-FREE DAY! I'm getting ready to start prepping and cooking some Thanksgiving dinner dishes, so I want to wish everyone a WONDERFUL, SMOKE-FREE, GOBBLE-GOBBLE OF A FEAST, THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY!

Breathe, Live LIfe, and Enjoy Enjoy Time With Your Loved Ones!

Until I Blog Again...

Hi John, congratulations!  A full week is something to be proud of!  Now it gets a bit easier from here.  The freedom is so worth the journey.

Congratulations on day 7, that is terrific! I checked out your profile page and read you are retired military. I was in the Navy myself. I have been quit for the better part of three years, and I believe that the military discipline I learned in the service was a big help. If you want to quit, just don't smoke, it really is that simple. Enjoy your Thanksgiving.
