Today is day 7 for me! wow! a whole week and not smoking. i know if I can make it 7 days I can make it 7 years and 7 decades. BTW I had to be around a smoker last night. He was not smoking in front of me but I could smell it on his breath. Gross I can't believe I walked around with my breath smelling like that. How embarrassing. I never want my breath to smell like that again. It made me even that more committed to my quit.

you ROCK, Brad! Those little reminders (smoker's breath, smelly clothes...) are helpful, right?? Keep up the good work!

Congrats on week one! Funny how the smell of cigarettes on other people gets to you when you quit. My npoor mother in law does not smoke, but lives with my sister in law that does smoke in the house. Every time I pick my mother in law up to go some where she stinks of smoke. She probably doesn't even know it.

Don't they say Ex-smokers are the worst at forgiving current smokers? Lol! I know the time I made it 3 years before my 'give-a-crap' broke? I'd see someone on the road making a turn at a light with a cig hanging out of their mouth. My eyes would follow them til out of sight and just think, "GOD yu are ugly like that! GROSS!!"
