December 1st 2009 I decided to QUIIT. I set a QUIT date and I began to track my cigarettes, I began to find things to keep me busy, i was walking a lot, I was reading all the blogs on here, I began drinking water , And Chewing Gum SUGARLESS. I actually got a sponser, And then I begin to do all the things I mentioned. In G.O.D. GOOD. ORDERLY. DIRECTION. 1. I set a QUIT date 2. I began tracking my cigarettes. 3 I began to chew gum SUGARLESS and drink plenty of water when I had an urge or craving. 4. I found ways to stay busy like walking, reading. Anything that kept my mind off lighting up. That's where I am today. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL WITH ANOTHER SMOKE FREE DAY
