HOLY CRap this is hard right now!  I am doing the debate/argue with myself..

"Just ONE wouldn't hurt"
But I've done so well so far.
"I could have just ONE cigarette and still quit."
No.  I'm not gonna give in.
"Come on... no one has to know..."

GRRRR!  Ok... deeep breath.  Water.  Gum.  Hmmm.... Yoga time!

Seriously though I'm doing REALLY good.  Even when my husband comes home from work and I can smell him outside smoking a cigarette right outside our front door... I haven't gone to join him.  And when I am done cooking dinner and I walk past the coffee table and see my husband's pack of cigarettes and lighter sitting there.... and I take a deep breath and just walk on past.  I have my moments of weakness, but so far I have overcome them.

I have a few weird symptoms....

First of all, I'm sleepy.  But restless at the same time.  I want to sleep, I feel like I could sleep for days. But when I lay down I toss and turn.  I woke up several times last night.  But, I found this article, and this seems to be normal... http://www.3stepstoquitsmoking.com/sleep-adjustments-after-you-quit-smoking.html

2nd symptom - I can't type.  Seriously, the number of typos I am making has tripled.  I suddenly can't spell... or my fingers can't spell any more.  Fir example, I will atop correcting my mistakes for the next few sentences and show you jsut how band it is.  I know how to spel I swear.  But my finders are just refusing to push the right buttins... it's really strange.

I guess this goes hand in hand with my confusion and distractability.  I'm really forgetful today.  I almost forgot to pick up my daughter from school!!  Thankfully I showed up just as she started walking home!  I keep getting distracted as I type this.  It seems like there was something else I was going to add, but I can't remember anymore.

Life is an adventure.  I'm sure the haze will lift in a few days and I'll feel better than ever!

Oh, here's my current stats;

I have been quit for 1 Day, 21 hours, 18 minutes and 18 seconds (1 days). I have saved $6.22 by not smoking 22 cigarettes. I have saved 1 hour and 50 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 11/14/2010 11:06 PM
