DAY 13 Rambling now Going Into a Book

I'm capturing my insane rambling in my first book called "I'm an Asshole". We'll see!

This needs to be dedicated to the one and only QUIT! Sorry about that!

Day 13, the 5th of July, in years past would have involved me stumbling to bed about now stinking like a host of foul residue one of which was most certainly cigarettes. LOL I crashed last night about 10:30 or 11:00 right after putting the little one to bed. Smoke free and loving it! Here is a list of seemingly positive physiological changes I have noticed in myself within the last 13 Days. I must note that I am not a medical doctor and it is unclear if these are actual physical, psychological, psychosomatic, or just purely a result of breathing oxygen again LOL :

Occam's Razor says all of the above 😉

1. Semi permanent dull headache is gone and no OTC pain meds taken since I quit

2. Sinus pain is gone and no OTC sinus meds taken since I quit

3. Heavy mucus production and post nasal drip are gone

4. Strange and unexplained sudden sharp pains are gone

5. Joint pain is greatly reduced and range of motion is back

6. Ringing in the ears is gone

7. Numbness in the hands is gone

8. Stiffness in the hands and especially the fingers is greatly reduced and easily worked out

9. Constant rapid twitch of the right eye is gone

10. Foggy groggy awareness is gone

11. Sleep feels like its actually doing something

12. Wheezing and raspy breathing gone

13. Deep breath is very rapidly returning

14. Cough is gone

Just to note a few.

ANYONE THINK THERE ISN'T A TON OF POISONS INVOLVED WITH SMOKING?

I HAVE NO DOUBTS AT ALL I COULD HAVE BEEN FEELING THIS GOOD FOR YEARS!

I'll make the two week mark tomorrow and the only smoke I've inhaled is very minor second hand smoke.

LIFE IS GOOD!

Jim
