DAY 115!!!!!

Just want to let everyone here that helped me in the begining of my quit know that i am still going strong as a non smoker. Life has become very busy with the children into there school year and the sports they have started the after school stuff every day seems like there is something new i have to bring one of them to. who knew having kids who like to be involved whould be so busy. lol with that being said even the crazy time ive had so far this school year with my children the craves are very minimal compared to the begining and i hear from my kids everyday how good i smell and that they like that i dont go out for a smoke anymore. to anyone who is just starting there quit keep on going dont give up you can do this!! i now live by N.O.P.E. i still say it over and over again when that rare crave hits.. be well everyone hugs to all!!
