I was playing around with words a few years ago and I came up with D.E.B.S ~ Decide Educate Believe Succeed 😁 I liked it BUT I doubt very much if I would've used it a second time if it wasn't for our friend and fellow EXer Deena @Deena-A-Yenni you sure are missed Deena! There's so many of our friends and Fellow EXers that aren't around for one reason or another we wish all of you the very best that life has to offer we wish you the GIFT OF LIFE that'll keep on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year AND all you have to do is stick with your quit  ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what.....

It is my magic Monday because I chose to quit one week ago and it feels so great. I am not going to smoke again.  I am rejoicing that I can make this choice and feel so much freedom and so many benefits from this choice Every Minute, Every Day. Have a great day!

@Sunflower4u @jep9703 I’m so happy for both of you! Isn’t it great feeling to quit and succeed! The longer you go the better you’ll feel so just keep at it. You’re going to start a new year healthier and smoke free. My advice is just to stick close to the community so that if you do have any bumps in the road we can be there for you. Whatever you do, post to before you decide to smoke! Believe me, no situation is worth starting again. I’ve been through many and I have always come to EX first! I’m now at 95 days and counting!

  Another 60 plus degree day here in SW. Ohio We set a record high on Christmas 69 degrees or 20.5 C   It was actually 70f or 21C at the house 

   When I quit there was no Do Not my choice was only DO

Good day @MarilynH   I had some time today so I could check in here.

I may have been exposed to covid.  Yikes.  My sister Bonnie's co-worker that she sat beside tested positive for covid with a test, then she went for a PCR test, and we are waiting for those results, I was at Bonnie's yesterday for Christmas dinner on Boxing Day.  I hugged her and everyone else, everyone did.  I'm really worried about my dear Dad coming down with it, and everyone else who was there!

Please say a prayer for me and my family!!

It will 40 to 45 Celsius plus over night tonight . Glad I don't smoke anymore . Been a cold week here this last week and more to come but it's warm in here .
