I was just reading the Nicotine Cessation Tips on whyquit.com recommended by HWC. Some of the things didn't stack up to what the eX recommends. 1) whyquit.com says, "nearly 90% of all long-term ex- smokers and smokeless tobacco users quit cold turkey." while eX.com recommends using medications (patch, chantix, etc.). 2) whyquit.com says, "nicotine break[s] down into one of the most potent cancer causing agents of all, NNK". And I'm almost positive the good doc in the video's on eX says nicotine itself does not cause cancer. Anyone else confused?
