take deep breaths. talk yourself down. Its just thoughts. take a shower or go for a walk, get a cup of hot tea.. go to you tube watch some funny videos... turn on the radio and jump around...
Stretch out all your muscles. Breathe Very Deep. Drink a big glass of water. Get busy doing something you love: painting, writing, playing music, dancing, express yourself artistically.
