A week and a day and I’ve resolved not to think about how long since The Quit.
May sound crazy to some, but I’m thinking the less I think about quitting the less I think about smoking. Urges are fewer and weakening daily!

I am turning off  the mental “quit clock”  and just keep on not smoking one day at a time!

This IS done one day at a time.  You only need to get through this hour, then this morning/afternoon/evening.  The days will take care of themselves!

Congrats on making it through THIS one!

Day WON!

@Ek55  Congrats on your success.   Everyone is different--what works for you is what's important.

Keep moving forward one day at a time.

I had said once: one minute, one hour, one day at a time. We're here if you need someone to vent to. Super excited that you're getting through your quit. Keep it up! 💯
