Well i'm 38 i've been smoking since i was 14 and NOW it finally hit me im flirting with 40 and i smoke dont excercise what if i have a heart attack or get diagnosed with heart disease how quickly do you think you would recover if at all. Sooooo I decided to quit with no pressure from anyone else but I knew I couldnt do it cold turkey so i see a health practioner who help me get patches and checks on me but once in awhile I get those triggers! just talking to my kids is a trigger they get me frustrated. today is a trigger just being the Holiday.
