Description
I have been smoking for 30 years - it is the best friend that is killing me. I've tried quitting in the past, but no luck. I look at smoking as a reward. I was looking on the web and saw this sight and it was FREE...so my quit date is January 24th - which seems really far away. Right now just doing the "tracker" - which actually is more informative than I thought. I just am so sick of thinking about cigarettes.
