Description

I'm 57 years old and quit smoking at 28 years old. I restarted at age 54. My kids got to me. I have two girls both going through divorces or other problems all wanting my help. They both smoke one day I just said give me one too. That's how it started. A year ago I became very ill and doctors have been trying to find the cause for the last year. So the more tests and the more diagnosis and undiagnosis I got the more I smoked. I promised my sister when I got a permanent diagnosis that I would quit smoking. Well, I got it. (i guess) I have Sjogren's disease. So now I am trying to quit. I am still weak and have to walk with a cane. Nothing is any better yet, but I do have a diagnosis instead of I don't know. They are trying to do things to help me get better instead of just ordering more tests and I don't have to go back to a doctor for 2 months. That is the longest since over a year ago. So here I am trying to quit smoking, I have called my doctor for a prescription of Chantix. Then maybe this aching in my chest will stop.
