I put the patch on at 10:15 a.m. but then read all this stuff about getting rid of the nicotine all together, that you just get hooked on the patches or the gum. So Cold Turkey here goes. In the past I never made it through more than a few hours cold turkey. Maybe I should have posted first before I just ripped the patch off? Compulsive. I am definitely an addict. Any thoughts on Patches or Gum therapy?
