Clutter and Craves

As so many of you have listened to me complain about how clutter is such a huge trigger for me I wanted to share some success. Yesterday afternoon/Last night I decided to clean out a big cabinet (lots of Mom's knick knacks in it), get out Valentines Day decor, rearrange some furniture etc. Well!  It was TOUGH!!! Oh my Paws was it tough!!!  The craves were so mean!  Y'know standing back and looking and thinking where this should go, what to do with that and so on.   Ugh! I always used to stop, take a break and smoke to think about it!  But I texted a friend to help text me through some of it and I made it!  The hours between about 3-7:30 are my witching hours anyway. After that time it always seems to let up! Weird!! Anyway I have plenty more to do but now I have a lot more confidence I can keep my quit through it!  Yeahhhhhh!!!!
