Hey, everyone! It has been quite a while since my last post because of some health issues.Sorry to say I am smoking again and as such, don't think I'm the person to ask about quitting now.I  will be shutting everything down until further notice. Good luck to every one attempting to break this insidious addiction. Tsaddik1 out....

@Tsaddik1 Glad you stopped by. Sorry to hear about your health and relapse. What to you mean "Shutting everything down until further notice"? The community is a place to get help and support, perhaps being here will help you on that path sooner? As @MarilynH , just like Motel 6 we'll leave a light on for you.

Thanks, Marilyn, for the kind thoughts. This last year has been very difficult. Am in a place where I just don't have the energy to mount another try right now.

 Lost my best friend,George, since my last post(see above) also. Will post in the future when I again have the wherewithal to give it another shot.

Don't stay away too long, or you'll forget why you joined this site to begin with and the years will go by, and the years will go by.  Sorry you lost your sweet best friend.  And sorry for your health problems.  May you gather strength and may you smile again and return to a smoke-free you when the time is right.

@Tsaddik1  Sorry to hear your going through some rough times.   Health wise, I wish you the best.

Sorry to hear about your best friend George.   Many of us have "best friends" and losing them is so hard.   

Come back and stay close.  It really makes a difference when we have to face life's challenges. This community has helped me with two loses - Pee Wee and Cloud.  There are people here who truly understand what you're feeling.    Just reach out.

I hope you will be able to come back soon. Whatever your health issues, they will not be improved with smoking (just sayin'....🙄)

I am sorry for the loss of your best friend. In time, the memories WILL replace the grief - I hope that time is sooner rather than later.

Thanks to everyone for the thoughtful support. To those I didn't individually reply to, my apologies for lacking the skill to navigate this site. Hopefully, I will engage again in 30 days if I can get resolution to the issues I mentioned. Whomever called this "the Golden Years" was full of s**t.(lol) Thanks again, for your kindness.
