Cigarette dreams?

How long is it usually before cigarette dreams go away? I don't have cravings during the day or anytime else other than those dreams at night. I can smell and taste it and it's still terrible so I'd rather not.

I had a couple of cig dreams...I smoked a butt that I picked up off of the ground! It was gross and I was soooo bummed that I smoked...then I woke up and was so glad that it was only a dream!

I haven't had any smoking dreams in a  couple of months I think...

Chantix makes some people have vivid dreams ..

way better to dream about smoking than actually smoking though, hu!!

keep up the quit!

Hi! I'm at almost 6 months and I still have those dreams tho I can't remember the last time really. I have read about other long timers having them as well. I think the trigger is a memory. It's easy to say do not be disturbed by them - harder to do. Just be grateful that it is only a dream and not real life. Hang in there!

I have had one of those cigarette dreams the past 2 nights and they feel SO real you know. I was disappointed in myself until I woke up and realized that I haven't screwed up and still haven't had one in almost a week. Thank goodness for that!
