I am 44 years old and have smoked for about 30 years. I am a two pack a day smoker and it is time to quit. My children who are now old enough to smoke which I pray and pray they will never pick up this nasty habit. So I can preach to them if I quit and stay quit. I don't want my children to suffer and pick up a nasty habit.
