Just checking in. Still smoke free and loving it. It's still hard sometimes, but it's better than being a slave to the cigarettes. Thanks to all who have been so supportive, it matters so much to me. I haven't been on here much because I haven't had as hard of a time lately, but I will always check back because it really grounds me to hear peoples stories of when they quit. It's a good reminder of why I don't want to go back. Hope everyone is still feeling committed to the quit today! Take care!
