Hi Name is Crystal Hebbring and i am 24 Years old i live in winner south dakota and i have alot of health problems so my goal is to be done smoking with in the last of march. I am from Custer South Dakota and it is so pretty up there i am actually all around i have been to Flint Michigan and that i will never do again but the other parts are so fun i want to travel but i have famliy in sheridan and Newcastle wyoming and it would be hard travling and not being able to see them. i have been smoking since i was fifteen and it is really hard if any of you have anything to help with this please let me know i really am begging for help. i have diabetes and celiac disease and gastroparesis and if i dont get this under control i will eventually get cancer i really dont want that so i am going to start with smoking then start my diet and change everything that is bad for me. Please if anyone wants to help i am here to listen, just page me lol i check this thing everynight so i will respond.
