Who knew you could pick up such an icky habit in your 30's? I've only been smoking a couple of years and I can't remember NOT smoking. Going pretty much my entire life without smoking and then starting may in fact, be the dumbest thing I've ever done. But, here I am ready to get un-dumb. Part II - I wrote that 14 months ago and never followed through with a solid plan to quit. So much for getting "un-dumb"... I plan on putting in the time and effort that it takes to quit this time. As I have learned, just signing up on this site doesn't make you and ex-smoker.
