I decided to quit earlier because I'm tired of being a smoker.
I want to have my self control back I tired of being a slave to cigs.
This time around I'm going to fight hard to be smoke free 🙂
Glad to hear you have made the decision to quit. It took me 42 years to make the forever quit decision. You can do it. Listen to the experts here on Ex, they have the knowledge to get you through this.
Good luck! I did the same thing and moved my quit date up a week. I couldn't wait to get this thing started.
