Change of Quit Date

I changed my quit date to May 5th as that is the latest that I will get my patches. They said that they will be here in 3-4 weeks from today. I am excited. My roommate called to get them and I didn't even ask him too.

If you have decided that using the patches is the smartest thing you can do for your quit, then - yes! - move your quit date. That now gives you even more time before then to learn everything about the addiction and the smoking compulsion, and to PRACTICE skipping certain cigarettes at certain times.
