Hello ExFamily, I hope everybody is well and in good spirits.

Last morning I ran 10k in Hyde Park , it was a beautifully organised race and the weather was good , too.

While running I was thinking of April 2014 when I've just started my quit and when 10k would have been impossible to run, and today although they are not easy they are very manageable kilometres or miles if you prefer which is 6.2 miles.

I was also thinking of my support network here at the time and especially Dale, the person who spoke straight and told you how it is and what's requested to do in order to succeed.

Then there was Thomas and his powerful blogs full of evidence and nformation.

Giulia, Nancy , Ellen, Ann, Jennifer, Marylin, Shawn, Johio , Betty , Green Thumb aka Bill and many many more whom

I love and have utmost respect for .

Fannie was one of them , too, she's gone but always in our hearts , because we know she wanted to succeed, however the addiction proved to be stronger than her.

I'm sure she's smiling while reading this , and I know she's still encouraging all of us to not give up , because she never did , always came back to try again, and that takes courage and strength.

We love you Fannie, may you rest in peace x

I will say it again , the only way of reaching your goals is by persevering, by being determined and above all by working on your goal every single day, staying focused at all times, good and bad , happy and sad, death or birth, stress or calm .

I am proud that I'm still here , I'm proud that I never gave up and I never will, I'm proud that after everything happening the last couple of years I stood strong and focused and never gave in.

I did it because I wanted my freedom back , I wanted my life back , my breath back to be able to run , play , sing , and achieve so much more .

I did it because I wasn't going to allow the addiction to control me any longer , I control ME .

To all of you , sincere positive wishes of encouragement and support , may you stay strong and walking each step toward your goal and your freedom .

You deserve it , please work for it , DO NOT GIVE UP
