I thank you all for being here and will be celebrating the 4th in new ways this year and I am grateful. No more smelling like a human ashtray!!! No more needing a cig just to think about anything....no more needing a cig so I can feel ok with my friends....no more crutches!!!!
Yea, its not easy but what we get when we breath and what we get when we don't have find the cigs and make sure we have enough to go anywhere or do anything... loosing the lighter etc.... what we get back is being present to be who we are inside. Sure there is fear around "the quit" and the feelings that come up when you have the nic monster screaming at you......but over time I hope you all find less fear and more joy- new people to this site - how many times you have quit before does not matter - make this THE QUIT and just do it for you - no one can own your quit it is yours - you CAN do it!!!! HAPPY INDEPENDENCE!!!!!!
