Description
I am 52, have a daughter and 2 sons. Life has been full of ups & downs. I tried to quit smoking several times, no success. I had a Heart attack in 1994, quit for a year, I know I shouldn't have started smoking again, but I did. My children are getting older and I have more time for myself, I can feel the cigarettes are causing shortness of breath, adding to the regular older age symptoms. I'm ready for a change, I want to be happy & healthy. SMILE!
