NAMASTE ~ I am 45 years old ~ my spirit is younger than I give credit. I want more out of life than what I have been putting into it! Returning to being a non smoker is giving me my freedom back! I made a decision months ago, I WILL STOP smoking on May 10, 2009 and that has happened. I smoked for 28 years and only attempted letting go of this "illusion" maybe twice. Being a non smoker is the best gift I can gave back to myself and to others. Was this not the state I was in before I began smoking? I surrendered my addiction, among others I no longer "feed", to a power greater than myself, however, I do need support, that's why I believe in community!
In August I entered college another gift as a result of returning to being a non smoker...I wanted to "feel" the experience, not numb it with cigarettes!
I have a affinity with wolves...I spent 5 amazing days in New Mexico in October of 2008 at a wolf sanctuary.
