Hello...again !!! I live in So. Central Texas, with my wonderful (non-smoking) husband of 18+ years; and lots of fur-babies !!! I will be 60 in January (going on 35 !!), and my health is deteriating due to my smoking !!
I say Hello - again, because I have been here before !!! I joined in June a few years ago - - quit for a year and a half, and then I blew it !! I have severe emphasyma (sp?) and it certainly isn't getting any better with my smoking again. EX worked for me before, and I KNOW if I work it, and get the support that is SO important, I can...and WILL...do this again !!
Hoping to find some "old" friends here...and especially make some new friends....the support and encouragement is VERY important. I'll be here for you....are you here for me ???
My quit date will either be Jan. 1st....or Jan. 11th (my birthday).....Here we go !!!!!!
