Can't stop eating!

It's been 33 days since I stopped smoking and I can't seem to stop eating!  Trying to eat healthy when I reach for food - but hard at times.  Looking forward to warmer weather so I can walk and hopefully get some of the added weight off!!

Gum & hard candy are also helping.

Green tea will help to curb your appetite AND it's good for you.  You're doing great.  33 days...... YES!!!!  Stay with it..

I quit on February 18, and started doing Atkins20 on March 2...  I know what you mean.  I have been CHOMPING on sugarless gum...  something to drink, ^^^ green tea, water, lemon water.  I have also had a good result with finding gum that tastes like my toothpaste.  I never wanted to eat or smoke right after I brushed my teeth, so I am trying to trick my brain using the gum.

Same here.  I have 64 days of freedom and I have been eating like I'm having my last meal. LOL  No worries, these extra pounds will be worked off this spring.  At least we are not smoking.

eating is comfort.

Smoking speeds up the metabolism by 150-200 calories so you have to eat that much less than normal or exercise that equivalent.
