well since I slipped up I changed my quit date to Christmas day...  I'm actually excited this time...  my wrist is feeling better...so that's a good thingthing...  but I think my head cold had either turned into bronchitis or phenomena... which is not good...  so I've had to pull my inhaler out and my nebulizer....  that really sucks..  well I'm tired so of to bed....
