It's been a stressful few days. Life can get stressful. It happens. Even to nonsmokers lol. I had a few scary thoughts like "this isn't the best time to quit smoking". The best time to quit is now. Life doesn't stop. However, I'm proud to say I have resisted and remain smoke free. Thanks guys, you definitely have given me the encouragment to stick with this. Nineteen days and counting!

Way to go! Keep protecting your quit! You are right - nothing will change - there is no "good" time - there will always be things in life to handle. You are doing great! Congrats on 19 days!
