But I enjoy smoking...

Ya, thought that'd get your attention. Day 1 of my quit and I am thinking of all the excuses to walk down the street and buy a pack of smokes. I know that is my addiction calling, so in an effort to get through this crave I'm gonna list all of the other things I enjoy, that will increase as I quit.

My husband kissing me

Playing with my dogs

Walking through the woods

Breathing

Not having to run for flights after having had to go through airtport security because the airport is smoke free and I wanted a cigarette between flights...yeah that's a big one!

Not freezing my @$$ off in the middle of winter for a stupid cigarette

Not smelling like a butt

Not having nasty yellow nicotine stains on my fingers, teeth, car, etc.

Not shelling out $7 a day for smokes

OK, back to reality....crave over.  Thanks for reading!

Good job - You talked yourself out of a craving.  (Or should I say wrote).  Anyway, you got through it.
