I'm wishing everyone a super fantastic day it's a busy one here first off is getting the bread kneaded down but busy is good especially in the early days and weeks of quitting smoking, keeping your mind as well as your hands occupied really does help I also remember yelling out loud at times in the middle of a horrendous crave that I don't do that anymore while giving my head several shakes and it definitely works there's a wealth of information right here on this site to strengthen your resolve to quit and stay quit so if you're struggling read read and read some more there's alot of mantras I've learned from this community too which helped me like N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free.......
I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
