Breathing

So here I am over 8 months, not a puff, and I'm really glad about that.
I live on the 3rd floor of a 3 story walk up, and today I noticed that I'm still really breathless when I get up to my top floor. I guess I havent even been paying attention to my breathing up until now, basically just focusing day to day on not smoking. Since the not somking is becoming kind of second nature, I'm focusing on other things like my skin (which now looks great by the way...all pink and glowy) and that I can get through my yoga classes with much more strength, but my breathing just doesnt seem to be bouncing back like I thought it would.
I'm finding this distressing.

You did 8 months! Great job! How do you like yoga? Ive not tried it but thought it would be good for me. You do look glowing and sound happy. Im glad you are soon to be a year, and you right about staying focused on the good effects of not smoking cause its really a good habit.

I love yoga! I have done it on and off for years, and in the past 10 years I have been pretty regular with it. There are many different forms of yoga so check it out on the net, and find a place that offers drop in classes. That way you can try it out and see which type of yoga is for you. Thanks for your kind words of support and good for you!!! 22 days!!!! Thats awsome!

WAY TO GO ON 8 MONTHS LENNA!!!!

I'm not sure how much aerobic exercise you do, but that could help with the stairs. If you are distressed about it, you might want to see a doctor just to be sure.
