I got sick and tired of being sick and tired especially after finding out that I have copd! I never thought I'd ever get a smoking related illness NOT ME that happens to other people well geesh!!! I  guess after 40 years of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks AND smoking at least 30 a day PLUS playing Russian Roulette with my life What the HELL did I EXpect!? Well thankfully that scared me enough to search on line AND I was fortunate enough to find this community of awesome folks that helped me through some pretty horrendous times AND to make a very long story much shorter 😁 I'm finally living MY FOREVER QUIT! As long as we are willing determined and totally committed to succeed THEN we can AND will perservere through whatever comes our way PLUS we MUST remember THAT after decades upon decades upon decades upon decades upon decades of addiction it's bound to take time to relearn life without the crutch BUT boy oh boy it's worth it to be Free!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
